Seattle City Light revises dam study plan in response to Upper Skagit Indian Tribe

(KGMI) – MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A public utility in Seattle has submitted a revised study plan to relicense its dams on the Skagit River.

Seattle City Light says it has broadened its study plan in response to requests from the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe.
